Something I've been meaning to blog about: See No Evil - Bristol

You don't realize how difficult it was to get my 19 chosen pictures down to a bloggable amount for this post, because everything at 'See No Evil' was seriously EPIC.
I went to Bristol to See No Evil last Saturday, and haven't really got round to posting about it. I suddenly remembered, I couldn't miss blogging about such a lovely event!
I managed to get 19 photos down to 14...
I really couldn't not put some of them in! Because It's so difficult to portray the fabulous atmosphere with very little photos, and there was so much to see, so here they are:

~
1.The street at about 12 o'clock, It had pretty much only just started when we got there, the art on the left is so beautiful and brightened up the street.
~
2.This was my favourite piece of them all, sadly, I don't know who It's by, It's exactly my style and the colours are fabulous!
~
3.These were dotted around in numerous places, and spelled out 'See No Evil', I really like the grass roof on the bus shelter as well!
~
4.The other photograph of my favourite piece, but the other details of it.
~
5.This may also be another of my favourite pieces, I can't decide! But the colours in this are my favourite combination, blue and pink.
~
6.Two artists from America (I think) working on their piece. They were signing autograph books but I was too afraid to approach them!
~
7.Coolest cocktail shack ever.
~
8.A giant mustache!
~
9.Cans and an artists feet, i don't know who he was but his work was amazing and we were watching him do it!
~
10. Mark Bode posing by his tag! He was a lovely person and wanted to see some of my graphics work! He's from San Fransisco and is the son of Vaughn Bode, a famous cartoonist. He was chatting to me about his piece and how it only took 7 hours to create! He also drew me a picture and signed it which was lovely that he took the time!
~
11.Bode drawing for me, with the worst pen ever! A biro pen with 'Scotland' written on it haha, probably not what he's used to working with...
~
12.I love it when artists mix humor in with beautiful artwork, Smoking angels...
~
13.Beautiful fox
~
14.Posing by another one which caught my eye, I think this was done by the same artist that created the aztec whale which I fell in love with when I saw the graffiti in Bristol a few months ago.

Overall, a fabulous day. Inspiring to say the least. I think It's great that Bristol embraces Street art, and a lot more places need to think about doing that. The atmosphere was electric, like one big street party, full of people who are enthusiastic about art. As well as seeing these pieces of work I also spotted work by Nathan Bowen and Inkie!
No Banksy lurking around though, I don't think! There were even police men doing a bit of graffiti, and also handing out free police hats!
If you're a lover of any kind of art like me, I'd really recommend a trip to Bristol to see all these pieces, and to definitely go to See No Evil 2013!
